Delivery

Deliveries are available to the UK mainland only, excluding PO Boxes, BFPO locations, and certain restricted postcodes.

Public holidays, regional holidays, and adverse weather may impact delivery times.

Additional transit days may be required for remote areas.

The following postcodes are excluded from our delivery services: IV4-IV11, IV14-IV28, IV40-IV49, IV51-IV56, IV63, ZE1-ZE3, KW1-KW3, KW5-KW17, KA27, KA28, PA20-PA80, PO30-PO41, IM, JE, GY, BT, HS, TR21-TR25. Further restrictions may apply to specific items.

Please note, for to the following postcodes AB, DD, DG ,EH ,FK ,G, IV ,KA ,KW ,KY, ML, PA, PH, TD initial contact can take up to 5 business days, and delivery lead time can take up to 8 business days from order confirmation.

Orders must be delivered within 15 business days of the first delivery attempt. If we are unable to establish contact after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to stock and refunded to your original form of payment.

Our carrier will contact you via phone, text or email to arrange delivery.

Deliveries are carried out by common carriers, with either a 1 person or 2-person team.

An adult of 18 years or older will need to be present during the delivery.

The night before your delivery, you will receive a text message with a 3-hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, you will receive a call up to 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm your delivery.

Deliveries are subject to safe and reasonable access to the destination area. Access must not compromise customer property or endanger delivery personnel or products.

If a product assembly is required, you need to ensure that there is somewhere that the delivery vehicle can be legally parked for the duration of the assembly.

Delivery includes placement in a room of your choice up to the 3rd floor without a lift; with a lift, delivery above the 3rd floor is possible if the item fits. This service includes packaging removal and complete assembly. Ensure adequate clearance and a clear path for safe transit of the box(es). Doors, gates, and similar entry points cannot be removed by delivery personnel for access. Please remove anything fragile or of value from the delivery path.

Items purchased online can be returned at any of our UK warehouses if you are a warehouse member.

Many of our small items can be returned via “My account” on the website and printing a return label. This label must be attached to the box being returned.

Please securely pack the items you intend to return in a box. If you are using the original packaging, be sure to remove the delivery label.
