Bollinger is an undeniably iconic Champagne house, and this Champagne will definitely live up to expectations. Elegant and with real complexity, Special Cuvée is world renowned for its graceful taste.

The blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier grapes gives a beautiful aromatic complexity of ripe fruit, hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. This Champagne is a blend of wines coming from various harvests, including reserve wines aged in magnums for 5 to 15 years.

Perfect as an aperitif or served with a variety of different fish, seafood, poultry and white meat, the Special Cuvée is without a doubt the truest expression of Bollinger's style and class.
