Choose from speed 1 for a gentle stir, up to 6 for beating and creaming, and 10 for fast whipping. In fact, you can get perfectly whipped cream in less than a minute. From mixing cake batter for baking to whipping up meringue or kneading dough, just select your accessory and speed and off you go!
