- Do not spill liquids as this will damage the pile. Never rub a spill, only blot with a clean white cotton cloth. If a stain cannot be removed seek specialist advice
- Do not machine wash
- All natural wool rugs shed loose fibre. Loose threads should be trimmed with scissors
