The Columbus Armchair is finished in a hand-rubbed, pull-up leather. Only the highest quality hides are used resulting in a beautiful leather which retains a unique natural appearance and a softer touch. The hand rubbing process adds a unique two-tone colour effect. This leather will age beautifully over time as added character will develop as lighter tones come through in higher contact areas.

Cushioned with comforting foam layers, a polyester and feather mixed topper and wrapped in luxurious Dacron. The use of durable elasticated webbing throughout means not only exceptional comfort but the very best support. Hand-fixed buttons and antique-style hardwood legs complete this stylish chair.

Care Details:

• The leather used is full aniline leather; this is a full grain hide made by traditional methods and natural marks and tone differences can be visible.
• Being a more natural product, the leather will stretch and crease over time. As this happens, added character develops with lighter tones coming through, this will be more apparent in high contact areas.
• Scratches can be visible in these leathers, but they can be partially restored simply by rubbing the area with your fingers.
• Regular use of a suitable pull up leather cream will help maintain the chair.
• While there is a protective coating on the leather, spillages should be wiped immediately to avoid possible staining.
