Delivery
  •   Delivery is via a 2 person carrier and includes delivery to a room of your choice, packaging removal and full assembly. Our carrier will contact you via phone, text or email. Please note if a lift is unavailable we will only deliver up to 2 flights of stairs.
  •   Please check you have enough clearance space and a clear path with access to get the divan from the delivery vehicle to the final destination.
  •   We offer an additional service to remove your old divan when your new one is delivered, ensuring that it will be responsibly recycled. The divan must be in a hygienic condition, and if left outside, must be dry. Please be aware that once we have taken away your old divan, it is non-returnable. If you require this disposal service, it can be added to your order on our checkout page.
  •   All divans are made to order once a delivery date has been selected. Items are not available to be delivered ahead of the advertised delivery lead time.
  •   Additional day(s) transit may be required for remote areas.
  •   Public and Regional holidays may affect delivery lead times. Delivery times may vary in the event of adverse weather conditions.

  •   We offer an additional service to remove your old like-for-like product when your new one is delivered, ensuring that it will be responsibly recycled. The item must be in a hygienic condition, and if left outside, must be dry. Please be aware that once we have taken away your old product, it is non-returnable.
