Stainless steel emitter plates prevent flare-ups and ensure 100% even heat distribution, while protecting the burners and firebox from meat juices and fat.

If you fancy enhancing the flavour of your food, the Char-Broil Professional BBQ also allows you cook with both gas and charcoal simultaneously. By adding the charcoal tray, you cook in two different ways and say goodbye to only having one choice – hybrid grilling is the way of the future!
