The Water Control Bluetooth system from Gardena is a convenient product for individually configurable and automatic garden watering. The Gardena Bluetooth App turns a smartphone or tablet (iOS / Android) into a practical remote control. The Water Control itself is simply connected to an outdoor tap. Via a Bluetooth connection the weatherproof Water Control can be operated in a relaxed manner within a radius of up to 10 m. This means that watering the garden could be triggered from your sun lounger and readjusted as required. Simply download the free Gardena Bluetooth App, which guides you step by step through the connection process.
The app's Scheduling Assistant can then suggest the ideal watering cycles for the existing plants. Alternatively, 3 individual schedules can be set up by the user. Each schedule consists of a selected start time and duration and can be repeated on different days of the week. A rain break can be set manually, these ensure that the garden is not watered unnecessarily during a rainy week.
The Bluetooth connection, the charge level of the 9V alkaline battery and an active watering process are indicated by three status LEDs on the control unit. The watering process can also be started and stopped manually at the touch of a button. The Bluetooth Water Control is designed to operate for a year on one 9 V alkaline battery.
The practical Gardena Safe Stop function ensures that the start of the next scheduled watering is prevented if the battery power is no longer sufficient to stop watering.
