The Mirador pergola is a 100% aluminium louvered pergola system that is the ultimate extension of your living space outdoors. The patented adjustable double-walled louvered design allows you to utilize your outdoor space whether the sun is shining or it's raining. With a simple crank mechanism, you can easily position the unique louver canopy to suit your preference. If precipitation starts to fall, you do not have to retreat indoors. Simply close the louver roof and let the integrated guttering system protect you from the elements.

The integrated rain gutter efficiently directs water away through the aluminium posts, ensuring effective drainage during rainfall, keeping you dry. It’s important to note that, while the pergola offers variable sun and rain shielding, it does not provide a completely enclosed cover, which means there may be some water entry in heavy downpours.

If you are enlisting the help of a third party to install this product, please ensure that all contents have been received in full and undamaged prior to arranging and paying for installation to take place. Accessories are not included.

Prior to booking your install date (within 10 working days of delivery) the installers will telephone you to check the following:

1. That you have a suitable base for your shed. It needs to be firm, flat & level (please note that additional revisit charges will apply if the installation cannot be completed due to the base not being suitable). We recommend concrete, slabs or a timber frame. Please note that your shed cannot be placed directly onto a base of grass, earth, sand etc as natural movement will affect the stability of the building.
2. That there is enough space to build your chosen structure and that access to the build area is clear of obstruction. A minimum of 24” (61cm) space is needed around the structure for the installers to work in.

3. That the contents have been checked in full and are free from damage. Costco is not liable for any revisit charges if this step has not been completed
4. Please note that the installation company is unable to carry the structure through your home so if there is not adequate access, provision for this must be made. Please note that the installation service does not include the removal of packaging, but will leave it tidily for the member to dispose of.

5. If the above steps have not been completed prior to installation date being agreed, Costco will not be liable for any revisit charges should the installation not be able to be completed

Delivery

Deliveries are available to the UK mainland only, excluding PO Boxes, BFPO locations, and certain restricted postcodes.
Public holidays, regional holidays, and adverse weather may impact delivery times.
Additional transit days may be required for remote areas.

Please note, for to the following postcodes AB, DD, DG ,EH ,FK ,G, IV ,KA ,KW ,KY, ML, PA, PH, TD initial contact can take up to 5 business days, and delivery lead time can take up to 8 business days from order confirmation.
Orders must be delivered within 15 business days of the first delivery attempt. If we are unable to establish contact after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to stock and refunded to your original form of payment.
Our carrier will contact you via phone, text or email to arrange delivery.
Deliveries are carried out by common carriers, with either a 1 person or 2-person team.
An adult of 18 years or older will need to be present during the delivery.
The night before your delivery, you will receive a text message with a 3-hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, you will receive a call up to 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm your delivery.
Deliveries are subject to safe and reasonable access to the destination area. Access must not compromise customer property or endanger delivery personnel or products.
If a product assembly is required, you need to ensure that there is somewhere that the delivery vehicle can be legally parked for the duration of the assembly.
Delivery is to a room of choice up to the 3rd floor without a lift. If a lift is available and the item fits, delivery can be made above the 3rd floor. Ensure there is adequate clearance and a clear path from the delivery vehicle to the final location. Doors, gates, and similar entry points cannot be removed by delivery personnel for access. Please remove anything fragile or of value from the delivery path.
