This Coastal Rugged Mature Cheddar Cheese is Ford Farm's best-selling Cheddar, revered not only by the local Dorset population but also by thousands of Americans across the pond too. Coastal is a unique tasting Cheddar aged up to 15 months for a deliciously sweet & distinctive flavour.

Ford Farm have strived to capture all the characteristics of the World Heritage Coastline by giving this Coastal Cheddar Cheese a rugged texture, salty yet sweet flavour and sun-kissed, golden hue.

Coastal will surprise you with its distinctive ‘crunch’ caused by the calcium crystals which form naturally in the cheese once it has reached its optimum maturity.
