The Goldstein family started smoking salmon in 1911 and is arguably one of the oldest established families of salmon curers. Through four generations, Goldstein has developed what they consider to be the finest product on the market today.

Carefully cured and slowly smoked for a light creamy texture. Ideal as an ingredient in pasta, salads or sandwiches.
