Alcala Oliva Homenaje Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a tribute to the early harvest of extra virgin olives organically produced and aromatically complex. This extra virgin olive oil is the result of a careful selection of the best early and immediately processed olives. Alcala Oliva's experience is the guarantee of a production process in which the control of variables such as temperature and process time are, if possible, even more critical and fundamental in obtaining oils with this Quality standard. There is an intense green fruitiness of fresh olives and great complexity of aromas of herbaceous and fruit trees, highlighting tomato, green banana and almond. On the palate, it is voluminous and well structured, with great expressiveness, sweet, slightly bitter and spicy.
