Colona Variety Pack offers 3 authentic flavour combinations, designed to awaken your taste buds and add a touch of fun to every dish! It began in 1963 in the cellar of a family home, Albery Colon created with love the ''Filet américain sauce''. Many local butchers adopted it to prepare ''Le filet Américain'' (Belgian name for the steak tartare). 4 generations later, Colona has become a respected family business, based in Waremme in Belgium, where they continue to produce suaces using traditional processes. The Spicy Sweet Onion sauce has a hint of tomato, is the perfect addition to your snacks, fries, kebabs and meats. The Pitta Kebab sauce is creamy, fresh and intensely flavoured with garlic, enhancing pittas, kebabs, grills and snacks. The French Fries sauce is a marriage of sweetness; this mayonnaise with a subtle hint of sugar is enhanced by a fresh burst of chives and parsley.
