The premium formula increases physical performance in successive bursts of short term, high-intensive exercise at 3g per day, which is perfect to support a workout. Combined with carbohydrates, Creatine is easily absorbed and transported around the body. There is 5000mg of BCAA's to aid in muscle growth and Creatine will help with strength gains. The formula contains magnesium, which contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, as well as normal energy-yielding metabolism, and zinc, which contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.
