This 2 Piece STAUB stackable set consists of a cast iron frying pan and a cocotte with a matching lid. Together, they cover nearly all culinary requirements and can be used to cook a complete menu. The products are ideal for roasting, frying, searing, caramelising, steaming, boiling, blanching, slow-cooking and even baking. It is great for cooking whole meals for a family, for example frying meat, fish or vegetables in the frying pan and preparing rice or pasta in the Cocotte. Of course, all items can also go in the oven, where the Cocotte can show its strengths for braising or making casserole recipes.
