This 2 Piece STAUB stackable set consists of a cast iron frying pan and a cocotte with a matching lid. Together, they cover nearly all culinary requirements and can be used to cook a complete menu. The products are ideal for roasting, frying, searing, caramelising, steaming, boiling, blanching, slow-cooking and even baking. It is great for cooking whole meals for a family, for example frying meat, fish or vegetables in the frying pan and preparing rice or pasta in the Cocotte.
