Adult pass is valid for individuals aged 13 years or more
Child pass is valid for individuals aged 3-12 years
Included attractions and experiences are subject to change, and days and times of operation may vary

How to Redeem:

Your pass is fully digital and will be delivered via email within 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Additional processing time may be required
Follow the instructions in the email to sync your pass and download the Go City app
You’ll need to use your email and order number to download your pass and place reservations on the app
Make sure to read instructions for each attraction before you go
Popular attractions and tours require you to place reservations in advance. Follow instructions on the app
On the day of your visit show your pass to be scanned at the gate or ticket office together with any proof of reservation

You will receive the redemption code to your registered email address, normally within 2 business days(excluding weekends and bank holidays). Additional processing time may be required.
