With the Inspire FT2 fully fitted, users can quickly find that there are no additional lifting bars, bar supports, safety catches, gym equipment or weight plates needed. Instead, users use the weight stack directly, saving large areas of space. The Inspire FT2 Functional Trainer needs an area of 155cm wide and 226cm deep, including the Bench, which saves the space used for weight plates loading sleeves on more traditional gym equipment.

The rotating Smith Bar allows you to adjust the safety height to the lowest point you want. Next, move the bar up and hook it up by turning it the other way around to the desired height to start your exercise, then select the desired load using the pull-pin system and get ready for squats or deadlifts.The Inspire includes this unique designed integrated Smith Bar with Weight Multiplier to double the resistance to 162kg effectively.   

This package includes the Inspire FT2 Functional Trainer, the Inspire SCS Adjustable Bench (4 seat angles and 5 backrest angles: minus 20, flat, 30-degree incline, 45-degree incline, 65-degree incline, 85-degree incline), the Inspire Fitness Leg Developer, the FT2 Leg Extension Conversion Kit to connect to the cable system and a lot of accessories. The pull-up bar is adjustable in height to accommodate different height users and lower ceilings.
