The Sierra distillery is located in a historical hacienda in Guadalajara, the Tequila Capital of Mexico. With years of experience Sierra’s jimadores care for their agave plants by hand, with the plants taking 8 to 10 years to fully mature for harvest.

Traditionally, Sierra Tequila Reposado is distilled twice in copper pot stills. Reposado is the most popular Tequila quality among Mexicans.

The freshness and irresistible fruitiness of Sierra Tequila Reposado are characterised by gentle notes of vanilla and caramel, but also by the aromas of fragrant herbs.

Suggested Recipe: Mexpresso Martini

50 ml Sierra Tequila Reposado
30 ml Sierra Café
25 ml Espresso
5-10 ml Syrup
Coffee Beans to Garnish

- Shake all ingredients with ice cubes in a shaker.

- Strain the mix into a chilled martini glass

- Carefully drop 3 coffee beans on the froth.
