The blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier grapes gives a beautiful aromatic complexity of ripe fruit, hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. This Champagne is a blend of wines coming from various harvests, including reserve wines aged in magnums for 5 to 15 years.
