Originally under the name of Bookers Vineyard, The Bolney Estate was founded in 1972 by Janet and Rodney Pratt when they purchased the land beginning their vineyard journey. Starting off with 1,000 vines in 1973, quickly growing to 2,000 vines by 1977. Sam Linter, the second generation, joined the business full time in 1995 and started a growth and quality improvement plan. Since then, Vines have been planted across 18 acres, their first official winery opened in 2005 and a visitors centre opened in 2016. Winning numerous awards across the years, including ‘Winery Of The Year’ in 2017, The Bolney estate had the privilege of welcoming HRH The Duchess of Cornwall to open their new state-of-the-art winery in 2019.
Tasting Notes:
Delicate and well balanced, pleasant floral and brioche notes combine with zesty citrus fruits, honeysuckle and elderflower. The finish is soft with fresh, sweet hints.

Pairs well with poultry and rich fish dishes.
