A fresh and crisp palette reveals white-fleshed fruits (apple, pear, white peach), citrus fruits (lemon), floral notes (lime blossom), and a freshness from mineral nuances. It is an elegant golden straw colour and green highlights can be seen through the fine bubbles.

This champagne pairs well with sushi, scallops, oysters, white fish and white meats as well as white fruits served with cream.
