Vincent Ravaut represents the sixth generation of a domain which has been bottling wine since the 1920s. Domaine Ravaut straddles the fault line between Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, with most wines in the southern zone, and is a fine example of an estate producing wines of great value, relative to the region. 2020 was another great success, particularly happy with the superb balance between ripeness of fruit and freshness of acidity. It’s 60% Bressandes and 40% Hautes Mourottes.

Tasting Notes

Fabulous red fruit flavours with firm tannins which are in no way chunky. A great ripeness of fruit which is held back by a wave of refreshing crunchy acidity.
