Sebastien took over the small family estate in 2011, and has exceeded the success of his father. Now operating on biodynamic principles for all the wines, they are all left to barrel over two winters. Planted on a clay-limestone with marl and fossilised shells, this wine is 100% pinot noir, and is from 40 year old vines in the Champ Franc vineyard in the west of the appellation.

Tasting Notes:

Opulent, but tight and finely constructed, this wine has a typical Gevrey Chambertin structure, with a firm tannic texture but a purity of bright red fruits.
