Established in 2019, Domaine Thivolle was created by Xavier Thivolle from carefully selecting existing parcels for the characteristic of their soils and a winery located at the top of the Chiroubles appellation.

Tasting Notes:

Well structured, with fine tannins. The palate has a minerality which complements the aromas of red fruits on the nose.
