Located in the heart of Les Santenots du Milieu, the vineyard is situated in the middle of a steep slope facing east. With perfect natural drainage, the soil is rich in magnesium on a layer of hard rounded limestone. This wine is 100% pinot noir from a 1.19 ha plot.

Tasting Notes:

Dark black red in colour, the nose is sharp, subtle and smooth. With a bouquet of small red fruits opening out to floral scents, progressing to roasting notes after airing. The palate is tasty, digestive, elegant and refined. A juicy fruitiness with sophisticated tannins to finish.

Pairing Notes:

Pairs well with beef, veal, game and poultry dishes.
