Delivery is by a common carrier, with ground floor positioning. Our carrier will contact you via phone, text or email to arrange delivery.

All orders must be delivered within 15 business days after contact from the delivery company. If the delivery company is unable to contact you after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to inventory and refunded to your original form of payment.

Deliveries are carried out by common carriers, with either a 1 person or 2-person team.

An adult of 18 years or older will need to be present during the delivery.

The night before your delivery, you will receive a text message with a 3-hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, you will receive a call up to 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm your delivery.

Deliveries are subject to safe and reasonable access to the destination area. Access must not compromise customer property or endanger delivery personnel or products.

If a product assembly is required, you need to ensure that there is somewhere that the delivery vehicle can be legally parked for the duration of the assembly.

Delivery is to a room of choice up to the 3rd floor without a lift. If a lift is available and the item fits, delivery can be made above the 3rd floor. Ensure there is adequate clearance and a clear path from the delivery vehicle to the final location. Doors, gates, and similar entry points cannot be removed by delivery personnel for access. Please remove anything fragile or of value from the delivery path.

Many of our small items can be returned via “My account” on the website and printing a return label. This label must be attached to the box being returned.

Please securely pack the items you intend to return in a box. If you are using the original packaging, be sure to remove the delivery label.
