How do I set up my digital membership?

Where can I use my Digital Membership?

You can use your Digital Membership to enter the warehouse and at the checkout in all UK locations.

Will my Digital Membership work at the Petrol Station?

Not at the moment, but we are working on a solution to bring this feature to our members in the near future.

Can I add my Digital Membership to the Wallet on my device?

Right now, your Digital Membership can only be accessed through the Mobile App.

Who can set up Digital Membership?

The UK app allows for Digital Membership to be set up for all UK cardholders. If you possess a Costco membership card from a different country, please kindly utilise the app specific to your country.
